A little bit about me

I have a Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto, with a focus in providing clinical care in the fields of mental health and health. I am a Registered Social Worker with the BC College of Social Workers (#12464) and Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (#823035). I am also a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#19596).

Prior to finding my way to becoming a psychotherapist, I was interested in pursuing a career in climate action and outdoor environmental education. While that is still something I am passionate about, I pivoted my career and have since worked as a sexual and reproductive health educator, and therapist in the fields of chronic illnesses, end of life care, mental health, and substance use.

Outside of work, you can usually find me either running on trails, contemplating new things to build/create/bake, or having a chuckle with my kid.
